Ivor Goodwin has an automotive engineering background and years of experience working with both large and small companies. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in the UK and a member of the international Turnaround Management Association, whose headquarters are in Chicago IL. He has been involved in the motorsport industry as a driver, team owner, engineer and manufacturer since beginning his career as an automotive engineer. His enthusiasm for motorsport remains as strong as ever and he has developed a tremendous empathy with those involved at all levels. He has many years experience of exporting to the US and now spends a large part of his time there, living in California. As a result he has developed a tremendous knowledge of exporting and understands the way the Americans like to do business. Ivor has been a pilot for over 20 years with both UK and US licences.
