Ivor Goodwin (the "Captain"), President and CEO

Ivor Goodwin has over 30 years experience in business, having founded, grown and sold several companies. His special strength is problem solving and helping companies move forward. Ivor also has a special understanding of the cultural and business differences between the US, UK and Europe, stemming from years of experience in imports/exports between major countries.

Ivor currently holds a number of directorships; he is a former branch chairman and council member of the Institute of Directors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in the UK, a member of the international Turnaround Management Association (headquartered in Chicago), and a UK Trade & Investment Passport to Export Advisor.

A background in automotive engineering has given Ivor a passion for motor sports and he’s been involved in the industry as a driver, team owner, engineer and manufacturer. He has also been a pilot for over 25 years and holds pilot licenses in US, UK and South Africa.

Lauren Bailey, Training Director

Lauren is an international professional with a decade of leadership, sales, and training experience; Lauren harnesses her expertise to deliver high-impact development programs that quickly move performance to the next level. Known for results-focused business foundation and her ability to lead teams to accomplish "the impossible projects," she is a high-energy, motivational leader, a strategic thinker, and a team player that gets things done.

Lauren has developed and implemented training strategies for diverse audiences including all levels of management, warehouse, finance, IT, sales, training, and operations at companies like IBM, ACT, Pickwick Manufacturing, Sony, and SAP. In addition she has led start-up and tenured sales teams of 5 - 50 people and $100 Million in budget.

John Wright, Associate Director

John is a professional of 25 years experience in materials management, warehousing, purchasing, sales, distribution and transportation, including 13 years of IT experience in supply chain. His systems experience includes IBM BPCS, Brain CMI automotive and SAP using DB, Linux and Oracle including data conversion for all database variations.

John has experience consulting to international companies' as North American team leader of global team.

Charles Sprague, Associate Director

Charles has over 24 years of year-over-year success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround and highly dynamic environments. He has extensive experience with highly complex processes and technically demanding products that require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries.

Charles excels at building relationships with all levels of the organization, recognizing and seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments. He has led and motivated worldwide businesses comprised of over 500 employees and managed P&L for business divisions exceeding $70 Million in revenue.
